At MANHARPL, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days after you receive your order.

To request a return, please contact us at Trimax1012@gmail.com before sending your item back. Please include your order number and proof of purchase.

Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them. Please do not use or damage the item beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover the cost.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period generally begins when you receive the last item.

If you checked out using a phone number only, you cannot use the account link above. Please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation to start your request.

After notifying us, you generally must send the goods back within 14 days.

Where the EU right of withdrawal applies, we will provide the refunds required by applicable law, including the standard delivery cost paid at checkout. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or receive evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products.

If you would like a different product, you may return the original item where eligible and place a new order.
